Device Reports

Overview

Streamline your device management with Doohly's Devices Report. Designed to optimise your ability to view your device information at scale, this report allows you to export critical information including, but not limited to, operating hours, programmatic configurations and connectivity.

Generating Device Reports

1. Open the Doohly Web App.
   • Click on the 'Reports' option in the left-hand menu,
2. Select the Devices Report
3. View the Devices Report Filters:

• View Frames: The report will default to all frames, click 'Select Frames' to choose specific frames you want to export the information for.
• View Fields: The report will include all fields by default, deselect any fields you want excluded from the report.

4. View Report Data:
   • After setting the desired filters, click ‘Generate Inventory Report’ and the report will be processed, displaying the first 1000 frames.
5. Download the Report:
   • Once the report is generated, you can download it by clicking the 'Download Report' button. The report will need to be downloaded to display more than 1000 frames.

Note: Users will only be able to access the new Reports section if they have ‘View’ access for the Reports permission in their role. If they're in one of the following roles, they'll have those permissions automatically: Manager, Administrator, Scheduler, or View Only.
