Requirements

• Windows 10
• Internet Capabilities (Ethernet Port or Wi-Fi Adapter)
• Keyboard and/or mouse (Plugged only into the bottom two ports)
• Doohly Player Executable File

Overview

To run the Doohly Player software on your Windows machine you first must download and install it. Ensure you have downloaded the most recent version of the Doohly software by clicking here.

Installing the Doohly Player

1. Ensure you have downloaded the most recent Windows version of the Doohly Player software on the media player.

2. Double-click the Doohly Player software to launch the installer.

3. Click "More Info".

4. Click "Run Anyway".

5. Doohly Player will now be installed and a shortcut will be added to your Desktop.

Doohly Player starting on boot

Note - By default, the Doohly Player is not scheduled to start up automatically when the media player is rebooted or turned on.

To enforce Doohly Player to start up on boot do the following steps;

1. Press the "Windows" key + R
2. In the "Open" box type: shell:startup
3. Add the desktop shortcut to this folder.

Doohly Player will now run automatically on reboot.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Once the Doohly Player is running use the following shortcuts:

• Esc = Exit fullscreen mode.
• Ctrl + Shift + F = Fullscreen application.
• Ctrl + Shift + L = Lock and unlock Doohly Player application
• Ctrl + Shift + W = Make application windowed. (Version 2.0.2+)
• Ctrl + Shift + M = Minimise application. (Version 2.0.2+)
• Ctrl + Shift + T = Toggle always on top.
• Alt + F4 = Exit application.
