Shortcut Keys for Windows Devices
Definitions
- Application: The Doohly Player
- Fullscreen: When the application window is expanded to take up all available screen/s space
- Windowed: When the application only takes up a section of the available sceen/s space. Size and position can be adjusted as needed
- Minimised: When the application is minimised to the taskbar
- Always on top: When the application is shown above all other windows including windows that are in focus
- Active Region: The area specified with the maximum resolution of the application
- Locked: When the application is set to a specific location and size, and cannot be moved or changed
- Unlocked: The application can be resized and moved via the media players connected mouse and keyboard
Shortcuts
- Esc = Exit fullscreen mode.
- Ctrl + Shift + F = Fullscreen application
- Ctrl + Shift + W = Make application windowed (Version 2.0.2+)
- Ctrl + Shift + M = Minimise application. (Version 2.0.2+)
- Ctrl + Shift + T = Toggle always on top
- Alt + F4 = Exit application
- Ctrl+Shift+L = Lock/Unlock application
Further Information
- The application will span across all screens on start
- The window is draggable by just clicking and dragging on the application window when not in fullscreen mode
- The application window can now be resized to a minimum of 50x50 (outside fullscreen mode)
- Creative will auto-resize to application window size (if the active region is fullscreen)
- When exiting fullscreen mode (Esc) the application window is no longer locked to Always on top
- When entering fullscreen mode (Ctrl + Shift + F) the application window is set to Always on top
- Ctrl + Shift + T Toggles Always on top behaviour regardless of fullscreen mode setting
- By default, the application can only be unlocked for 5 minutes, contact [email protected] to change this
