Enabling Hivestack Programmatic Packages

Requirements:

Before we can enable Hivestack for your Doohly space, you must have a Hivestack account and contact Hivestack to inform them of the integration.

Getting Ready For Hivestack

1. Contact Doohly support ([email protected]) and let us know that you would like to start making use of Hivestack programmatic packages

2. Once the Doohly team is aware of you would like to use Hivestack, we will ask you if you want to make use of Frame ID’s or Device ID’s:

   1. Frame ID: Can target multiple frames on one device for programmatic content
   2. Device ID: Can only have the 1 frame targeted

3. Once we know which ID’s you would like to use, we will provide you a list of device names, along with the ID’s you have requested.

   1. You can request this information for all devices, or a specific subset if you do not wish for your whole network to make use of Hivestack

4. After receiving this list, it is your responsibility to inform Hivestack

5. Most likely this will be followed by a short 24-48 hour test

6. Once testing is complete, let us know

Enabling Hivestack

1. After informing us of successful testing, we will deploy the HTML package and create a loop policy to your specification (number of slots, overbooking status, slot length, etc)
2. We will let you know upon completion of this and you will be able to assign this new loop policy to your frames
3. Now that you can assign this loop policy, Hivestack programmatic content will start playing (if available)
