Deregister A Device
When you want to remove a device from your organisation, you will need to deregister it from the Doohly Platform
Deregister a Device
Deregistering devices is done via the Devices section within the Doohly Platform, simply click on the “Devices” tab on the far left of the screen.
From there, click on the device you wish to deregister.
On the right-hand side of your screen, you will see a "Deregister Device" button. Click this button to deregister your device.
Note:Deregistering a device will completely remove it from the Doohly Platform and you will not be able to recover it in future.
Once the device is deregistered the screen of that device will show the 4 digit verification code it had prior to it being registered initially.
All the bookings that were associated to the device will have the deregistered device automatically removed.
