Billing Basics

Once your account has been activated you may wish to change your billing information.

Billing Information

First, log in to your Doohly account and once logged in, mouse over your username in the top right and select “Billing”.

This will open up a new tab in your web browser that looks similar to this:

As you can see, you can make changes to your preferred payment method. We accept credit card payments and direct debit.

At the very bottom of the page, you can access your previous billing history/invoices.

Update Information

You can also update your billing information via the “Update Information” button. This will bring up a new page with an array of information you can change as required.
