Inventory Reports
Overview
Streamline your campaign management with Doohly's enhanced Inventory Reports. Designed to optimise your planning and execution of campaigns by effectively managing inventory.
- View Future Availability: Instantly see upcoming availability for each frame per day.
- Increase Sales Opportunities: Identify available slots on devices to maximise sales opportunities without the risk of overbooking.
- Prevent Overbooking: Generate detailed reports to determine if frames are under or overbooked.
- Reserve Campaigns: Secure spots by marking campaigns and bookings as reserved while you finalise the details. This prevents premature campaign launches and ensures better planning.
- Export Data: You can export availability reports with ID’s directly to CSV for use with Excel or Google Sheets, enhancing your data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Generating Inventory Reports
- Open the Doohly Web App.
- Click on the 'Reports' option in the left-hand menu and select ‘Inventory’.
- Set the Inventory Report Parameters:
- Select Start Date: Choose the beginning date for the report period.
- Select End Date: Set the end date to define the report's coverage period.
- Select Frames: From the left side, select the specific frames you want to include in the report. Selected devices will show on the right side.
- View Report Data:
- After setting the parameters, click ‘Confirm’ and ‘Generate Inventory Report’, and the report will be processed and displayed.
- Switch Views: Toggle between 'Available' and 'Booked' views to analyse different aspects of your inventory:
- Available View: Shows the percentage of slots not used during the selected period.
- Booked View: Displays the percentage of slots occupied during the selected period.
- Download Report in CSV Format:
Once the report is generated, you can also download it by clicking the 'Download Report CSV' button.
Note: Users will only be able to access the new Reports section if they have ‘View’ access for Devices and ‘View’ access for the new Reports permission in their role. If they're in one of the following roles, they'll have those permissions automatically: Manager, Administrator, Scheduler, or View Only.
