Enhancements

Web App - Added restrictions on booking actions, with fine-grained permissions controlled via Roles.
Web App- Users can now create roles with fine-grained permissions for managing bookings.
Web App - Packages can now request RSS feeds from The Telegraph.

Player - Improved restart behaviour for Android players. Player version 5.3.5

Web App - Fixed a bug that prevented some organisations from viewing the Reports section.
Web App - Fixed a graphical issue in the dialogue for copying operating times from another device.
Web App - Stopped the Creative Library context menu from showing on folder right-clicks without available actions.
Web App - Fixed a bug that blocked saving bookings assigned to hundreds of frames.
Web App - Resolved an issue where navigating to Settings > Roles could cause the web app to crash under specific circumstances
Web App - The Frame table now defaults to sorting by Device name, then Frame name, with custom sorting options.
