Enhancements

Added restrictions on booking actions, with fine-grained permissions controlled via Roles.
Users can now create roles with fine-grained permissions for managing bookings.
Packages can now request RSS feeds from The Telegraph.

Fixed a bug that prevented some organisations from viewing the Reports section.
Fixed a graphical issue in the dialogue for copying operating times from another device.
Stopped the Creative Library context menu from showing on folder right-clicks without available actions.
Fixed a bug that blocked saving bookings assigned to hundreds of frames.

The Frame table now defaults to sorting by Device name, then Frame name, with custom sorting options.
HTML creatives uploaded using the public upload endpoint no longer cause playback errors.

Fixed an issue preventing Windows users being able to upload HTML packages to the Creative Library.
Users can now export the list of frames assigned to a booking by clicking the download button in the Booking Frames tab.
